What we collect
ResumeImproveAI collects the account email you use to sign in, credit and payment status, the resume file and job description you submit for optimization, and basic technical information needed to keep the service secure and functional.
How resume uploads are used
Your resume and job description are used to generate an optimized resume draft. ResumeImproveAI is designed to process these inputs for the requested optimization and not to display them publicly.
Service providers
We use Netlify for hosting and authentication, Supabase for account credit records, Stripe for payment processing, and OpenAI for AI-assisted resume generation. If enabled, we also use Google Analytics for aggregate site usage measurement. These providers may process data as needed to deliver and measure the service.
Payments
Payment card details are handled by Stripe. ResumeImproveAI does not store your full card number.
